Suggested Use

Recommended Dosing:

  • Selenium, Pure Encapsulations: 800 mcg is max dose to take daily, please take a look at your other supplements to see if selenium is in anything.
  • Licorice Extract, Vital Nutrients: 2 capsules 2-3 times a day; do not take if high blood pressure (HTN) as it may raise blood pressure; if low blood pressure it is ok and if you feel palpitations, then step away for 2-3 days and resume with 50% of the dose or switch to licorice tea a few times a day. You can replace this with 3 cups of licorice tea (DGL is not the same thing)
  • Lysine, Vital Nutrients: 1 g 3x a day between meals. It can be used longer term….
  • Pure Omega Ultra HP, Integrative Therapeutics: 2 capsules, once a day with meals.
  • Micellized Vitamin A, Klaire Labs: 100,000IU per day for three days only, then reduce to 8,000IU -10,000IU (immune-regulatory) for two weeks then pull for two weeks and resume for two weeks…
